Mmmmmm.

I love smoothies. Period. 
My favorite staple to keep in my fridge is this:


Absolutely delish. It's especially nice to have this in the fridge since I now have a busy toddler and can't always rinse and cut, etc., fruit and make me a nice little snack whenever I want.  It's VERY convenient for me to just pour me a cup of this and I can be good to go for a while, AND I can get a couple servings of fruit=) I also give some to Cate every now and then and she LOVES it!

I have been seeing some YUMMY smoothie recipes on Pinterest here lately that I hope to make soon...

Ingredients:
1 frozen sliced banana
1 Tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup 0% Vanilla Chobani Greek yogurt
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze (or other kind of milk)
4 cups baby spinach (or more, or less)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Nutritional stats:
350 calories, 10g fiber, 21g protein 

Like I said, I HOPE to make these soon...but with Bolthouse so readily available...we shall see

  1. I love smoothies, but rarely eat them for some reason! They make really good frozen mango ones that all you have to do is put in the blender!
