Monday treat, a guest post!

Happy Monday everyone! I have a little treat for you today. Dondi from Dondalee's is here to share a fun tutorial! She has the cutest Etsy shop and blog, and not only that, she is the girl who made THIS blog happen. That's right! Dondi is also the designer of Just My Type Designs!!  Be sure to check out her blogs, and send some love!

Hi, everyone! My name is Dondi and I'm SO excited to be guest-posting here! Thank you Becky for having me. =) Today, I thought I'd show you how I made some of my valentine gift tags for this year...So here goes!

First, here is a list of all the items you will need:

1. ribbon
2. no fray glue
3. heart punch (optional)
4. ink
5. stamps

7. tag punch
8. whole punch
9. card stock

First, punch out your tag and then punch a whole in the top. Then, take your heart stamp, ink it and stamp away...

OR take your heart punch and punch the tag with it...

Now, take your ribbon and loop-tie it through the tag just like so...

1. cut the end of the ribbons at an angle
2. get your fray glue...
3. put the glue on the ends of your ribbon...
4. let dry

Ta-da! Now, you have some pretty adorable valentine gift tags! Use any kind of ribbon or stamps you'd like! These would also be super cute in red...

I'm a pink girl all the way so I LOVE these. And you just can't beat that fabulous southern looking, gingham ribbon!

If you don't want to make these yourself, you can buy them from my shop HERE.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and thanks for having me!

{You can also find me at my blog "DondaLee's" and my graphic design website, "Just My Type Designs".}

Thanks Dondi!

Love Becky
